I went bowling today and it got me thinking that the unfairness and inequalities in games is not just in the idiot box. It's true that girls are undermined in everything: Football, basketball in America and even those little things like Bowling/pool/air hockey. We are not EXPECTED to be good at these things, and therefore it makes it even more satisfying when we actually are. I mean, you're a big burly guys and you win at bowling, so what? It happens EVERY SINGLE DAY. A sweet young 16 year old girl wins, against a team of 7 burly big shouldered men, and people PAY ATTENTION. So you guys yabber on and on all day about us making you sandwiches etc. but really, the jokes on you, because you’ll never get that crazy ass feeling when you beat a guy with big shoulders, and you’re a girl.
